5 Functional description
• Always wear your personal protective clothing when performing maintenance and cleaning work.

Connect the compressed air (1). Open the valve lever (2) on the compressed air connection. Depending
on the pressure, the compressed air produces a dedusting jet and a rotation of the dedusting nozzle inside
the fine filter cartridge. The filter is cleaned by moving the dedusting system upwards and downwards. Empty
the separated dust from the dust collecting drawer (7) (see Fig. 2 Functional Description on page EN-7) into
the delivered dust collecting bag.
NOTE
The dust collecting drawer (7) must be emptied after every third cleaning of the filter.
Reinstall the dust collecting drawer (7) (see Fig. 2 Functional Description on page EN-7) and close it.
5.2 Changing the filter
During maintenance and cleaning, always wear your personal protective clothing consisting of safety
goggles, class P3 particle masks, safety gloves and safety shoes.
NOTE
A filter change must be carried out if, after multiple dedusting, a vacuum of >180 mbar is still reached,
and no other error or reason can be detected.

1 Loosen the fixation (1) and lift off the cover.
2 Remove the hose used for monitoring the manometer pressure (on the manometer).
3 Unscrew the two lock nuts (5) on the threaded bars of the corresponding filter.
4 Remove the fastener (4).
5 Remove the filter (3).
The filter is mounted in reverse order.
