1 Connect the torch system (2), hose and rubber connector to the fume extraction system.
NOTE
When fastening the start-stop replace pliers with clamp, make sure that the red dot points in the direction
of the torch system.
2 Connect the start-stop pliers(4) to the fume extraction system (1) and fasten it to the extraction hose (3)
(cable assembly) of the torch system. (Option)
3 Connect the dedusting system to the compressed air.
4 Plug in mains plug.
6.1 Start-stop pliers
The start-stop pliers allows you to switch on automatically the FES-200 when the welding process starts.

Mounting the start-stop pliers:
1 Connect the connector to the FES-200.
2 Put the start-stop pliers (3) around the cable assembly of the welding fume extraction torch.
3 Turn the rotary switch (2) to the Auto position.
