MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Cleaning the appliance

• Clean the front of the appliance with a soft cloth and warm soapy water.
• Use a universal cleanser for metal surfaces.
• Clean the inside of the appliance after each use. Accumulations of fats or other food residue
can lead to a fire. The risk is higher for the grill pan.
• Remove stubborn stains with a special oven cleaner.
• Clean all the accessories after each use and let them dry. Use a soft cloth, warm soapy water
and a cleanser.
• Accessories with non-stick coating must not be cleaned with an aggressive cleaning product,
using objects with sharp edges or in a dishwasher. This may damage the non-stick coating.
Stainless steel or aluminium appliances
Clean the oven door with a clean, wet sponge only.
Dry with a soft cloth.
Avoid the use of scouring sponges, steel wool and acidic or abrasive products, as they
can damage the oven surfaces. Clean the oven control panel with the same care.
Cleaning the door gasket
• Check the door gasket regularly The door gasket surrounds the frame on the inside of the
oven. Do not use the appliance if the door gasket is damaged. Contact a service centre.
