General

Problem
The oven does not get hot.

Steam and condensation collect
on the food and in the oven
compartment.

If you cannot fix the problem yourself, contact your dealer or the service department.
The contact details for the service centre are shown on the type plate.
The type plate is located inside the appliance. Do not remove the type plate from the oven
compartment.

Possible cause
The oven is turned off.
The clock is not set.
The necessary cooking settings
are not set.
The fuse is burnt out.
The lamp is burnt out.
The food has been left in the
oven too long.
Power has been interrupted.

solution
Turn on the oven.
Set the clock.
Make sure the settings are
correct.
Verify that the fuse is the cause
of the failure. If the fuses blow
repeatedly, contact a qualified
installer.
Replace the lamp.
Do not leave food in the oven for
more than 15 - 20 minutes after
preparation.
Set the clock again.
