5. Direct pre-amplifier mode

The TCI 1 RE offers the option of a direct
pre-amplifier mode.
In this mode of operation the treble signals
are fed directly to the pre-amplifier of the
valve output stage, i. e. they are not fed
through the standard power amplifiers first.

As already mentioned, the loudspeaker
terminals can be wired using standard
connections, or the bi-wiring or bi-
amping options. Whichever variant you
choose, take care to maintain correct
polarity at the loudspeaker terminals!
