On/Off switch
Switch on the drive unit with the power switch. You
can set the required speed with the speed regulator.
The correct speed depends on the tool you are using
and on the material you are processing.
Tips
Exert only moderate pressure on the workpiece
and allow it to be processed at uniform speed.
You will not finish your work sooner by exerting
heavy pressure. On the contrary, heavy
pressure will cause the drive unit to slow down
or stop and will overload the motor.
For your own safety, use a vise or screw clamp
to secure small workpieces.
Directions for use
With small milling cutters / grinding pins: Use a
high speed.
With large milling cutters / grinding pins: Use a
low speed.
Precision work / engraving: Hold the drive unit
like a pen.
Rough work with the wire brush: Hold the drive
unit like a hammer.

5. Maintenance and cleaning

To prolong the working life of your tool you should
always clean it carefully after use. Do not use
solvents for cleaning purposes.
Caution!
Never clean the product under flowing water, and
particularly not at high pressure. Risk of injury to
persons and damage to property!
6. Accessories
Cut-off wheels: For the cutting of metals and
plastics. Mount the cut-off
wheel on the clamping
spindle. To do so, use the
screwdriver supplied.
Diamond ball head: For the engraving of glass and
metal for decoration and
identification purposes.
Grinding pins: Available in a variety of
grinding head shapes. For the
grinding and deburring of
metal and plastic.
Metal routers: For universal use on soft and
hard metals, wood and plastic.
