21. Have repairs carried out only by a qualified
electrician
- This electric tool complies with the pertinent

22. Connect up a vacuum extraction system
- If there are provisions for connecting up a
vacuum extraction system, make sure that such
a system is fitted and in use.
23. Noise
- The noise level of this electric tool is measured
in accordance with ISO 3744 and NFS 31-031
(84/537/EEC). Noise at the workplace may
exceed 85 dB(A). In this case, the operator must
wear ear-muffs or similar.

4. Using the tool for the first time
Fitting the various tools
Switch off the drive unit and pull out the power plug
each time before you insert a tool (and change a
tool).

Make sure that the drive unit is switched off.
Check that the mains voltage specified on the
rating plate of the power supply unit is the same
as your mains supply.
Connect the spiral cable from the drive unit to
the power supply unit. Only then should you
insert the plug of the power supply unit into a
socket-outlet.
Press the pin catch 1 and turn the drill chuck
until the pin latches in place.
Unscrew the drill chuck nut.
Select a chuck adapter sleeve to match the
accessory in question and insert it in the mount.
Loosely screw on the drill chuck nut.
Insert the tool of your choice in the chuck
adapter sleeve as far as the stop and tighten the
drill chuck nut.
All standard accessories for small drills may be
used.
