4.9 Customer service and spare parts
In case of customer service queries, replacement
parts or repairs, please contact the manufacturer of
the grinding machine. To ensure your queries are
dealt with as quickly as possible, always quote your
grinding machine data. These are located on the
grinding machine's type plate.
5 Troubleshooting
Only suitably knowledgeable, qualified
technicians may perform repairs on the grinding
machine.

Cause
The guiding machine is not in opera

tion. An EMERGENCY STOP button
of the guiding machine has been
pressed.
The maximum hydraulic drive output
was exceeded. The safety valve has
switched off the grinding drive.
Extraction capacity is too high.
The vacuum causes excessive con
tact pressure on the tools.
Tools are loose.
Tools are damaged or worn.
Tools are not suited for the material
of the surface.
The guiding machine is not parallel to
the wall or is not at the correct dist-
ance from the wall.
The grinding machine is positioned at
an angle to the wall.
