1 Description
1.1 Function
The main features of the 1C30 Trias carbon fibre foot are the lightweight
construction and unique interconnected functional elements which permit am-
putees with MG 2 or 3 the ability to walk effortlessly in everyday life situations.
The 1C30 is designed for use with modular prostheses for patients with dif-
ferent amputation levels. It is delivered assembled with an integrated modular
adapter. The foot is designed for use with a footshell and connection cap.
With the detachable connection cap, an appealing and easy-to-handle con-
nection to the foam cover can be realised.
The combination of the spring elements offer the following functional advantages:
• Comfortable heel strike with noticeable plantar flexion
• Progressive movement of the ankle in the mid-stance phase for the natural
rollover of the foot
• Dynamic transition from the stance to swing phase
• Smooth dynamic forefoot response
• Compensation for uneven terrain
1.2 Indications for use
The 1C30 Trias prosthetic foot is to be used exclusively for lower limb
prosthetic fittings.
