A. Universal application
Balanco is a high-quality product designed to
improve psychomotor/sensorimotor control and
coordination, and especially to enhance balance
and general fitness.
The scientifically based development and trials with
the Balanco allow highly varied training of various
types of movement, thus increasing motivation.
Balanco is an essential tool for improving
psychomotor control and for use in rehabilitation
and sports training, especially for snowboarding,
surfing, sailing, skiing, gymnastics, etc.
If the Balanco is used to improve general fitness, it
enhances concentration, speed of reaction and
general movement and thus reduces the risk of
everyday accidents. Above all, it strengthens the
arches of the feet, stretches the Achilles tendons
and improves posture.
Depending on the reasons for treatment, Balanco
can be used - possibly with some assistance - for
children from the age of three, teenagers, adults and
even elderly people, providing they are not suffering
any (serious) impairment of balance and physical
restrictions on movement (especially of the feet/hips).

Not suitable for children under 3 years!

Never use the Balanco without an insert.

Changing the insert:
Changing the insert is child's play! Simply turn the
pins in the bottom of the Balanco to loosen the
Plexiglas cover and lift it off (the pins are firmly
attached to the Plexiglas cover so they cannot get
lost). Remove the insert and replace with another
one. Replace the balls or mouse depending on which
insert is to be used. Put the Plexiglas cover back on
the Balanco and turn pins underneath to fix it in place.
Please not the following carefully:
The Balanco is designed to extremely safe and very
easy to use. However, if it is used incorrectly or if it is
used on the wrong type of flooring, it can slip and
cause the user to fall. The following points must
therefore be followed carefully.
Always Balanco has to be used on an even surface!
Never use the Balanco on slippery surfaces such as
tiles, wooden floors, etc.!
Use a 2 cm thick foam mat, gymnastic mat or carpet
underlay to prevent the Balanco slipping on smooth
floorings.
It is always advisable to place the Balanco on a
nonslip surface before use to provide reduces risk of
slipping and thereby cushion contact with the floor is
ensured!
Only use the Balanco if there is sufficient space for
the exercises. Keep away from sharp edges, corners
and objects that could cause injury!
The first time you use the Balanco you may wish to
use a support to help you. Make sure you use a really
reliable support or ask a partner to help you.
Do not use Balanco after intensive physical exercise
or if you are tired, in pain or suffering from psychological
problems. This can reduce coordination so the
exercises are less effective. There is also a higher
risk of accidents.
