3. Intended Use

The product is used for the measurement of oxygen in dissolved form and, simultaneously, the
temperature of voltage-free, non-flammable or non-corrosive liquids. The area of application
covers domestic use in addition to (fish) ponds, swimming pools, photo laboratories, schools,
nurseries, etc. The meter is not suitable for industrial use (e.g. galvanotechnics). ATC (automatic
temperature compensation) ensures that there are stable measurement values, even in the case
of fluctuating temperatures. Salinity and altitude can be adjusted manually. Operation requires
four AAA/Micro batteries.
For safety and approval purposes, do not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the product
for purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition, improper
use can cause hazards such as a short circuit or fire. Read the instructions carefully and store
them in a safe place. If you pass the product on to a third party, please hand over these operat-
ing instructions as well.
