Direction of rotation, right/left

The direction of rotation is deter­
mined­using­the­"Right/Left"­switch­
(4) above the power switch.
CAUTION! The direction of
rotation may only be changed
when the motor is at a standstill!
•­ Installing­screws:­Set­the­right/left­
switch (4) to right rotation.
•­ Removing­screws:­Set­the­right/
left switch (4) to left rotation.
•­ Safety­position:­Centre­switch­
position; with the sliding switch in
this position, the machine cannot
be operated. Use, for example,
when taking a break or changing
bits or drills.
CAUTION! Risk of over winding
caused by screwing screws in
too deep. Watch the screwing pro­
cess carefully and, if necessary,
stop early and finish the process
with an ordinary screwdriver. Carry
out test installations!
Gear switch (Figure 8)
Using the gear switch (3) you may
select­two­different­revolution­rang­
es.
•­ Switch­position­1:
0 – 400 min

•­ Release­the­On/Off­switch­to­
switch­the­machine­off.
•­ Set­the­left/right­rotation­to­the­
middle position to block the On/
Off­switch­and­prevent­uninten­
tional activation of the machine.
•­ Remove­the­rechargeable­battery­
and the tool before you clean and
store the machine.
•­ Clean­the­machine­as­described­
under­"Cleaning­and­maintenance".­

•­ Wait­until­the­machine­has­cooled­
down and remove the rechargeable
battery from the machine.
•­ Before­cleaning­the­charger,­
always pull the plug out.
•­ Make­sure­that­no­water­is­able­to­
enter the machine.
•­ Do­not­damage­the­surfaces­of­
the machine.
