Installation

4.1 Installing the integrated fat drain

Installing the floor brackets and ball valve
1. Attach the floor brackets and base
clamping plates to the top of the feet
using the cap nuts supplied

2. Seal the threads of the two pipe pieces
for the ball valve with Teflon tape
[ Photo 04].
3. Install the pipe pieces, pipe bracket and
ball valve [ Photo

4. Install the assembled ball valve with
the clamping parts on the rectangular
pipe [ Photo
cap nuts yet. The assembly must re-
main moveable for the subsequent
steps.

The drain pipe points to the rear
and the pipe bracket to the bottom.
5. Attach the rectangular pipe with the
cap nuts to the clamping brackets of
the floor brackets [
6. Attach the pipe brackets to the rectan-
gular pipe with the cap nuts and the
clamping parts [
tighten the cap nuts yet. The assembly
must remain moveable for the sub-
sequent steps.

The pipe bracket with an arrow
pointing upwards is installed at the
rear end of the rectangular pipe.
>
The pipe bracket with an arrow
pointing down is installed in the
middle on the rectangular pipe.
Install drain pipes [
1. Install the pipe seal on the pipe socket
in the rear wall of the unit.
2. Insert the pipes together.
3. Connect the piping to the ball valve
and to the connector on the rear of the
unit.
4. Check the piping. There must be a
slight gradient towards the ball valve.
