The distance should be as minimal
as possible. If the distance is too
large, adjust the length of the drip
rail above the hole pattern.

The drip rail must not rise above
the fat collector vat.

The drip rail drain should be located
under the last slot.
3. Tighten the cap nuts on the drip rail.
4. Insert the additional drip trays into the
mobile over racks and check that the
drip tray drain pipe is in the drip tray
[ Photo 21].
Inserting the mobile oven racks

The mobile oven racks are retrofitted
with the fat collector vat and not
loaded.
1. Push the mobile oven racks into the
unit [ Photo
2. Check that the upper edge of the drain
pipe on the fat collector vat in the hop-
per adjoins the top of the top edge. If
necessary, adjust the height of the unit.

When the mobile oven racks are com-
pletely closed in the unit and the unit
door is closed, the fat collector vat
easily tips into the hopper. The mobile
oven rack is retrofitted for the integ-
rated fat drain.
>>
NOTICE! If the integrated fat drain is
not used, close the hopper in the
cooking chamber with the sealing
plug.
