UTENSIL DISK ASSEMBLY

For correct appliance operations, always insert the ejector disk first.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
1 - Assemble the utensils suited to the process to be performed.
2 - Place a recipient with suitable capacity under the product ejection opening.
3 - Place food products in the insertion opening and lower the presser.
For best results, mozzarella should be about 4 °C.
4 - Press the button (A) to start the appliance.
5 - During use, continue to add food products through the insertion opening.
6 - Press the button (C) to stop the appliance when finished.
