Operation via switch
Operation by push-button is an emergency function
Press the switch to the left: Light ON / OFF
Keep the switch pressed to the left: Light is dimmed.
Press the switch to the right: fan ON / OFF power control.
Press the switch for 3 sec to the right: the hood switches off.
The filter saturation indicator is also reset via this switch ( fan ON/OFF Symbol ). Press
the switch on the right side until the red LED goes out. Information about the operating
status of the hood can be read on the LED display of the unit:
LED 1: Display operating status ON
LED 1: Flashing: display automatic follow-up time
( the hood switches automatically within a short time one power stage at a time
LED 2 Fan power stage 1 ( low motor power )
Press button right / button 2 of the remote control once.
LED 3: Fan power stage 2 ( average motor power )
Right button / Press button 2 of the remote control twice
LED 4: Fan power stage 3 ( high motor power )
Press button right / button 2 of the remote control three times.
LED 5: Flashes Intensive level ( motor automatically switches back to level 3 after 5 min )
Press the right button four times / Press button 3 on the remote control.
LED 6: Display filter saturation
When the red LED lights up, the metal filters must be cleaned ( see section
cleaning and care ).
The filter saturation indicator lights up after max. 15 hours of operation or every
14 days ( even when not cooking ).
