Pole Length – Determining the
Correct Measurement
The item can be adjusted to six different lengths.
The correct length should be calculated by multiply-
ing your height by 0.68. For simplification, you can
find sizes in the table. The result is then rounded up
or down to the next available pole length.

Setting the Pole

Open the clamping lever of
the quick release and pull
the lower end of the pole to
the right length. Then close
the clamping lever again.
If the clamping force of the
quick release is no longer
sufficient, tighten the nut
on the opposite side of the
clamping lever.
