4.6 Using the memory

4.6.1 Storing a reading

The FiveGo™ FG4 DO meter can store up to 30 endpointed results.
Press STO when the measurement has endpointed.
To store further data you will have to clear the memory (see "Clearing the memory").

4.6.2 Recalling from memory

a) Press and hold RCL to recall the stored values from memory when the current measurement has
end point ed.
b) Press
c) Press MODE/SETUP for three seconds.
d) Press EXIT to return to the measurement screen.

4.6.3 Clearing the memory

a) Continue pressing
b) Press READ.
c) Press READ again to confirm the deletion.

d) Press EXIT to return to the measurement mode without deleting data.

4.7 Barometric pressure

For calibration and measurements, the actual barometric pressure is very important, since this influences
the dissolved oxygen value. Make sure you always enter the correct barometric pressure.
4.7.1 Setting the barometric pressure unit
The meter can display the barometric pressure in three units: millibar (mbar), hectopascal (hPa) and
mil lime ter mercury (mmHg).
a) Press and hold MODE/SETUP until the Setup icon appears on the display.
b) Use

M01 indicates that one result has been stored.
If you press STO when M30 is displayed, FUL indicates the memory is full.
The meter displays the measurement result.

R01 to R30 indicates which result is being displayed.
Alternate views of the measurement, entered pressure and salinity values are displayed.
– If the oxygen unit is %, only entered pressure is displayed (2 alternate screens).
– If the oxygen unit is mg/L or ppt, entered pressure and salinity values are displayed (3 alter-
nate screens).
