Specifications
The maximum output power of all optical interfaces is within the limits of IEC laser class 1

Connector types
The optical STM-1 or STM-4 interfaces of 1643 AM systems are equipped with SC-type
connectors. FC and ST adaptors are also supplied.
All optical interfaces of the 1643 AMS system are available as SFPs (Small Form-Factor
Pluggable). All optical modules are equipped with LC-type connectors.
