21. Warranty

• Starting with the date of sale, we grant 5 years of warranty on faultless performance.
• Warranty covers the equal value and free replacement or if possible reparation of the defective tubular motor.
• The warranty is processed via your vendor (invoicing party).
• The warranty is excluded for defects and damages of any kind which happened due to not following the manual
or safety instructions, faulty installation and connection, improper use and misusage, as well as improper transportation.
Wear and tear and damages by, are also not included in the warranty.
• The warranty does not cover the costs for assembling / disassembling and replacing the defective parts as well as during
its repair on site.
• Provisions of law remain unaffected from warranty conditions.
