Controllare che la tensione e la frequenza corrispondano a quella indicata nella targa di identificazione del motovibratore. Tutti i motovibratori devono essere collegati ad una adeguata protezione esterna di sovraccarico. Quando i motovibratori vengono installati in coppia, ognuno di essi deve essere provvisto di una propria protezione esterna di sovraccarico, le quali devono essere interbloccate tra loro, onde evitare il funzionamento di un solo motovibratore in caso di arresto accidentale dell’altro.

    M. 23 Intertek 2.6 - PROCEDURA D’AVVIAMENTO Mettere in sicurezza il motovibratore elettrico e l’apparecchiatura alla quale è collegato. L’ o perazione deve essere eseguita esclusivamente da personale qualificato. Durante le operazioni di smontaggio e rimontaggio delle parti di protezione (coperchi, masse e coperchio morsettiera), togliere l’alimentazione del motovibratore.

I cuscinetti a rulli invece vengono prelubrificati da OLI con grasso specifico, idoneo a garantire un’adeguata lubrificazione per un numero di ore almeno pari alla vita del cuscinetto stesso (specificata per ciascun modello nella sezione TAB da pag TAB.166 a TAB.173).
