Kit CM44x: Deckel mit Navigator
2. Lösen Sie die 4 Deckelschrauben und klap-
pen Sie den Deckel auf (siehe Bild 3).
3. Entfernen Sie den Stecker des Displaykabels
(RJ-45-Stecker, siehe A in Bild 3) vom Basis-
modul Base-L, Base-H oder Base-E.
4. Lösen Sie die Scharniere (siehe B in Bild 3)
auf der Deckelseite. Die Scharniere sind nur
gesteckt, einfach herausziehen.
5. Entfernen Sie die Rückabdeckung mit den
Aufklebern. Stecken Sie hierzu einen kleinen
Schraubendreher in die vier Laschen (siehe C
in Bild 4) und drücken Sie den Griff des
Schraubendrehers leicht in Richtung Deckel-
mitte.

6. Entfernen Sie die 6 Befestigungsschrauben
des Displaymoduls (siehe D in Bild 5).
Sie benötigen hierfür einen Torx-Schrauben-
dreher T20. Die Schrauben bitte aufbewah-
ren, sie werden wieder benötigt.
7. Entfernen Sie das Displaymodul.
Ziehen Sie hierzu vorsichtig an der linken
unteren Kante des Moduls (siehe E in Bild
5), um das Modul vom Navigatorknopf zu
lösen.
8. Entnehmen Sie das Displaymodul (siehe
Bild 6).
9. Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie innen auf dem
Displayfenster des neuen Deckel ab (siehe
Bild 7). Achten Sie darauf, dass das Display-
fenster nicht beschädigt oder zerkratzt wird.

2. Open the 4 cover screws and swing open the
cover (see figure 3).
3. Unplug the display cable (RJ-45 plug, see A
at figure 3) from the basic module Base-L,
Base-H or Base-E.
4. Loosen the hinges (see B at figure 3) at the
cover side. The hinges are just plugged,
simply pull it out.
5. Remove the back cover with the stickers. For
this plug a small screwdriver into the 4 flaps
(see C at figure 4) and press the handle of
the screwdriver slightly towards the center
oft the cover.

6. Remove the 6 fixing screws of the display
module (see D at figure 5).
Use a Torx screwdriver T20 and keep the
screws save for later re-use.
7. Remove the display module.
For this, pull carefully at the lower left
corner of the display module (see E at fig. 5)
to loosen the module from the navigator
knob.
8. Remove the display module (see figure 6)
and keep it for re-use.
9. At the new cover, the inner side of the
display window is protected by a foil.
Peel this foil away (see figure 7). Doing
this, take care that the display window is
not scratched or damaged.
