HOW TO WEAR : follow Step 1 to 6 to wear the harness. Only use harness of suitable size. A harness either too loose or too tight will restrict
movement and will not provide the optimum level of protection. The size of the harness is marked on a label attached to it and they are available in
one size. Always visually inspect the harness before use to ensure that it is in a serviceable condition to operate correctly.
Step 1 : Hold the harness by the dorsal D-ring as shown in scheme S1.
Step 2 : Insert your arms into the shoulder straps (left arm into the left shoulder strap, right arm into the right shoulder strap) and close the plastic
buckle on the chest strap as shown in scheme S2.
Step 3 : The harness is now on the body with two leg straps hanging down at the back. Pull the leg straps one by one around your thighs outwards to
your front as shown in scheme S3.
Step 4 : Close the parachute buckles of the leg strap one by one as shown in scheme 4 & 5.
Step 5 : Tighten the leg straps by pulling the free ends of the straps as shown in scheme 6 until the harness fits the body tightly without hindering free
movement.
Step 6 : Use the D-ring at the back as point of attachment to fall arrest systems that is required according to the application. To locate the attachment
elements in the harness, check for the separately stitched label showing the 'A' marking near the attachment elements. Do not use any other point as
an attachment element for fall arrest. When the logo 'A2' is on the shoulder strap, it means that the two buckles must be used together as anchorage
point.
In case of any doubt arising about the condition of any component or system, replace it immediately. If the item has already arrested a fall, withdraw
it from service & return it to the manufacturer or to a competent repair centre.
Before use, insure that there is a minimum clearance of 5ms below the user's feet, to avoid him hitting the ground in case of fall. Moreover, insure
that there is not obstacle between the user and the ground to avoid collision in case of fall. A rescue plan has to be set up before use, for carrying out
a rescue operation in case of emergency.
MATERIAL USED : The entire webbing used in these harness is made up of polyester.
COMPATIBILITY : To optimise protection, in some instances it may be necessary to use the belt with suitable boots/gloves/helmet/ear defenders. In
this case, before carrying the risk-related activity, consult your supplier to ensure that all your protective products are compatible and suitable for
your application. Also ensure that the product is used by a trained and competent person. A risk can appear during the use of several items of
equipment in which the safety function of one item of equipment is affected by the safety function of another. Please consult the UIS of the energy
absorber (if you use one) to check the minimum clearance advised.
A fall arrest harness is the only equipment which is allowed to use in a fall arrest system and must be used with a fall arrest system such as an energy
absorber conforming to EN355 or EN360. Check adjustment and/or fastener elements during the use. The equipment shouldn't be use for fall arrest
and it can be necessary to complete the work positioning system with collective (for example safety net) or individual (for example fall arrestor
system) protection equipments against height fall.
Extreme temperatures, allowing lanyards or anchorage lines to lie or roll on cutting ridges, chemicals reactions, electrical conductivity effects, cutting,
abrasive and climatic effects can change the equipment's performance.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT : When not in use, store the work position belt in a well-ventilated area away from extremes of temperature. Never
place heavy items on top of it. If possible, avoid excessive folding and preferably store it hanging vertically. If the product is wet, allow it to dry fully
before placing it into storage.
REPAIR : if the product becomes damaged, it will not provide the optimum level of protection, and therefore should be immediately either replaced
or repaired. Never use the damaged product. Repair is permitted, provided that it is either done by the manufacturer or a competent repair centre
approved by the manufacturer.
CLEANING : In case of minor soiling, wipe the work positioning belt with cotton cloth or a soft brush. Do not use any abrasive material. For intense
cleaning wash the harness in water at a temperature between 30°C to 60°C using a neutral detergent (pH = 7). The washing temperature should not
exceed 60°C. Do not use acid or basic detergents. Follow the washing instruction absolutely without any deviations.

LIFETIME : Experience has shown that under normal conditions, they can be used for 10 years.
CHECKING CARD : A periodical examination must be realized given that the safety of the user depends of the performance and of the resistance of
the equipment. It's recommended to realize a periodical examination at least once each twelve months. A periodical examination must be realized by
a competent person and in the strict respect of the way detailed by the supplier. Observations must be written in the box bellow. In the case where
some defects are observed, the equipment must be immediately replaced. The marks must be controlled during the periodical examination. If they
are not legible, the equipment must be removed and replaced. This product must be used in a fall arrest system conforms to the standard
EN363:1993 in combination with a fall arrestor on an anchorage line conforms to the standard EN353-2:2002 or with a energy absorber conforms to
the standard EN354:2002 and EN355:2002 or with a retractable fall arrest system conforms to the standard EN360:2002. The user instructions of
each individual component must be checked too.

Das komplette Geschirr wurde entwickelt, um die Risiken zu minimieren und/oder möglichst großen Schutz gegen die Gefahr von Stürzen aus der
Höhe zu gewähren. Es ist jedoch wichtig, daran zu erinnern, dass keine individuelle Schutzausrüstung absoluten Schutz liefern kann und während der
Ausübung der riskanten Tätigkeit stets mit Vorsicht verwendet werden muss. Die CE-Kennzeichnung auf diesem Artikel bestätigt die Einhaltung der
wesentlichen Anforderungen der Europäischen Richtlinie Nr. 89/686/EEC, Anhang II bezüglich der individuellen Schutzausrüstung; eine Zertifizierung
gemäß der Norm EN 361:2002 liegt vor.

Klausel 4.1 Design und - Wird als ausreichend leicht und in der Lage angesehen, während der gesamten Nutzungsdauer am Platz zu bleiben;

1. Das komplette Geschirr ist allein Eigentum des Nutzers.
2. Der Hüftsitzgurt darf nicht in einer stark basischen oder säurehaltigen Umgebung verwendet werden.
3. Der Nutzer ist dafür verantwortlich, sein Produkt sowohl während der Verwendung als auch während des Transports und der Lagerung gegen
mechanische Gefahren wie scharfe Kanten, Werkzeuge, lange Sonneneinstrahlung und UV-Schädigung zu schützen.
4. Die Widerstandskraft der Verankerungsvorrichtung muss mehr als 10 kN betragen und der Verankerungspunkt muss sich über dem Kopf des
Nutzers befinden.
5. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Gesamtlänge des Verbindungsseils mit oder in Verbindung mit dem Falldämpfer und den Verbindungelementen 2 m
nicht übersteigt.
GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG: Folgen Sie den nachstehenden 6 Schritten, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie dieses Geschirr richtig tragen. Verwenden Sie stets
ein Geschirr in Ihrer Größe.
Ein zu weites oder zu enges Geschirr schränkt die Bewegung ein und bietet keinen optimalen Schutz.
Die Universal-Größe des Geschirrs ist auf dem an das Geschirr angenähten Etikett angegeben.
Überprüfen Sie das Geschirr und die Lesbarkeit der Markierung jedes Mal vor der Verwendung, um sicherzustellen, dass es in gutem
Nutzungszustand ist.
Schritt 1: Halten Sie das Geschirr am D-Ring des Rückens wie in Abbildung S1 gezeigt.
Schritt 2: Platzieren Sie Ihre Arme im Innern der Träger (linker Arm im linken Träger, rechter Arm im rechten Trägen) und schließen Sie die
Kunststoffschnalle am Brustgurt. (sh. Abbildung S2)
Schritt 3: Das Geschirr ist jetzt angezogen, die beiden Beinschlaufen hängen hinten. Befestigen Sie die Beinschlaufen nacheinander von außen um
Ihre Oberschenkel. (sh. Abbildung S3)
Schritt 4: Schließen Sie die automatischen Schnallen der Beinschlaufen nacheinander. (sh. Abbildung 4 und Abbildung 5).
Schritt 5: Machen Sie die Beinschlaufen enger, indem Sie an dem Band ziehen, bis das Geschirr perfekt der Größe des Nutzers angepasst ist, ohne
seine Bewegungen einzuschränken. (Abbildung 6)
Schritt 6: Verwenden Sie den D-Ring am Rücken als Befestigungselement für die Abfangsysteme, die bei dieser Anwendung erforderlich sind. Um die
Befestigungselemente des Geschirrs zu finden, suchen Sie das an das Geschirr angenähte Label mit einem „A" darauf, das sich bei den
Befestigungselementen befinden. Verwenden Sie keine anderen Teile als Befestigungselemente zum Abfangen von Stürzen. Wenn sich an den
Trägern das Logo A2 befindet, bedeutet dies, dass die 2 Textilschnallen gemeinsam als Befestigungspunkt verwendet werden müssen.
Sollten Sie Zweifel bezüglich des Zustands irgendeines Bestandteils oder Systems haben, ersetzen Sie es sofort. Wenn das Geschirr bereits aus der
Höhe gefallen ist, muss es unbedingt aus dem Verkehr gezogen und an den Hersteller oder ein vom Hersteller zugelassenes Reparaturzentrum
gesandt werden. Es ist wichtig, vor der Verwendung des Geschirrs sicherzustellen, dass sich mindestens 5 m Fallhöhe zwischen dem Nutzer und dem
Boden befinden, damit der Nutzer im Falle eines Sturzes nicht auf den Boden aufschlägt. Stellen Sie außerdem sicher, dass sich keine Hindernisse
zwischen dem Nutzer und dem Boden befinden, um im Falle eines Sturzes eine Kollision zu vermeiden. Vor der Verwendung des Produkts muss ein
Rettungsplan ausgearbeitet werden, um im Notfall eine Rettungsaktion durchführen zu können.
VERWENDETES MATERIAL: Alle für dieses Geschirr verwendeten Gurte bestehen vollständig aus Polyester. Die Erfahrung zeigt, dass die
Nutzungsdauer unter normalen Bedingungen 10 Jahre beträgt.
KOMPATIBILITÄT: Um den Schutz zu optimieren, kann es in einigen Fällen erforderlich sein, den Gürtel mit geeigneten
Stiefeln/Handschuhen/Bauhelmen/Schallschutzhelmen zu verwenden. Konsultieren Sie in diesem Fall vor Ausübung der risikoreichen Tätigkeit stets
Ihren Lieferanten, um sicherzustellen, dass die Schutzartikel kompatibel und für Ihren Fall geeignet sind. Stellen Sie auch sicher, dass das Produkt von
einer geübten und/oder fachkundigen Person verwendet wird. Bei der Verwendung mehrerer Artikel besteht die Gefahr, dass die Sicherheitsfunktion
eines der Artikel durch die Sicherheitsfunktion eines anderen Artikels beeinträchtigt wird oder mit dieser interferiert. Denken Sie daran, die
Packungsbeilage des Falldämpfers zu lesen, sollten Sie einen verwenden, um den empfohlenen Mindestabstand zum Boden zu überprüfen.
