7. OPERATION

The duration of the charging procedure may vary, and depends on
the residual charge of the battery.

7.1 GETTING STARTED

1. Switch the device on by turning the power switch on
the left side to the ON position. The display will show the
greeting text „IMPERIAL digitalradio". The display will then
show a time of 00:00.
2. Now move the function switch on the left side of the
device to select the desired operating mode: dAB+, fM,
AuX-IN or Bluetooth.
Standby mode:
1. Press and hold down the ALARM/SNOOZE key for at least
3 seconds while in operating mode to switch to standby
mode.
The background illumination of the display will be dimmed.
While in standby mode:
1. Press any key once to switch on the background
illumination.
2. Press any key twice to wake up the device from standby
mode.
3. To switch the device off completely, turn the Power ON/Off
switch to the Off position.
