7. OPERATION

7.7.2 ALARM fUNCTION

Just as with a radio alarm, your dABMAN BT40 provides the facility
of setting 2 different wake-up times. Each alarm can wake you with
a buzzer note or with a different audio mode. An active alarm will be
shown on the display by means of the Symbol
Please note that the alarm settings can only be called up in the
dAB+, uKW/fM or AuX-IN modes.
Setting wake-up time:
1. While in dAB+/uKW/fM/AuX-IN operation, briefly press
the ALARM/SNOOZE key. "Alarm1 Time set." Will be
displayed and the hours of the alarm time will blink.
2. use the > or < key to select the desired hour, confirm by
pressing the /ENTER key. The radio will now jump to the
minutes, and these will now blink. Please select the desired
minute, and once again confirm by pressing the /ENTER
key.
3. The wake-up time for the alarm has now been set, and
further parameters for the alarm will be displayed. for each
individual item please select the desired setting using the
> or < key, and confirm by pressing the /ENTER key.
