6. INSTALLATION

6.1 INSERTING BATTERY

1.) Take a coin and use it to turn the closure by 90° in order to open

the battery compartment.
2.) use your fingers to remove the battery compartment cover.
3.) When inserting the 3.7V lithium ion rechargeable battery note
the polarity indicated, + and -.
4.) Replace the battery compartment cover and close the battery
compartment by turning the closure again.

6.2 WARNING

Ensure you have inserted the rechargeable battery correctly. Only use
batteries of the same or similar type to operate the radio.
If you will not be using the product for an extended period of time,
remove the battery pack to avoid battery acid leaking.
Never throw the battery into a fire, it could explode.

6.3 CHARGING BATTERY

The battery inserted can also be charged directly while it is in your
dABMAN BT40. Simply connect the charger adapter supplied to the
dC5V charging socket.
The charging status indicator on your device will switch to yellow.
As soon as the battery is fully charged, the display will switch to
green.
