Example: The status monitor with Common selected
The audio signals in a SDI data stream are normally embedded as AES3
signals. The status monitor (AES Status) displays the status bytes of these
signals as plain text or as binary data. In addition to this it also displays a
range of signal status information, including Confi dence, Lock, Coding, Pa-
rity and activity, which is useful when you need to determine the word width
or identify defective bits in the data stream.
