Application

Defrost

Use the defrost function. By air circulation at room tem-
perature, thawing of food gets accelerated.
• Cream and butter cream cakes, cakes and pastries, bread
and rolls, deep-frozen fruit are suitable for defrosting.
• For a uniform thawing, rotate or stir defrosted in between.

Rotisserie / skewer

For evenly browning roasts with the rotisserie skewer all
types of heating with the symbol
Top-/Bottom heat, Grilling and Full-width grill.
After placing the meat on the spit, insert the two forks and
proceed as follows:
• Insert the skewer support into the oven on the middle rack
level, insert the end of the spike into the motor on the back
of the oven and place the tip of the spike into the mount of
the support (Fig. see page 36).
• Place a drip pan with a little water on the lower shelf of the
oven.
• Start the motor by activating an appropriate type of heating
and close the oven door.
Note: With regard to the amount of meat, please note the load
limit of the spit at 1000g.
