can be screwed in on all four sides of the housing in the thread of the mounting screws of the discharge-side protection
guard.
These eyebolts must not be used as anchor points to lit the fan in any case . The anchor points are identified
separately with a label sticker, see shipping section .
The roof fan attenuator B HSDV has four mounted eyebolts for all sizes as standard.
If necessary, these eyebolts on the fan and roof fan attenuator can be used for on-site anchoring under high wind
loads. The need for on-site anchoring must be checked in individual cases depending on the local wind influences.
The installer must anchor the fan at the provided anchor points if such environmental influences are expected. The wind
load should be calculated according to DIN EN DIN EN 1991-1-4.

Bearing condition diagnostics

Type: LZD-Basic and LZD-Comfort
The Helios bearing condition diagnostics system serves to securely monitor the functionality of motor bearings in
the drive motor of the smoke extraction fan. The system optionally allows the early detection of imminent bearing
damage by constantly or occasionally monitoring the bearing conditions. The bearings are not replaced periodically,
but depending on the actual wear. In this respect, the test and maintenance plan in these Installation and Operating
Instructions must be observed. Before operation and the use of bearing condition diagnostics, the separate Installation
and Operating Instructions for the monitoring system must be observed.
