PROBLEM

CAUSE
Safety valve triggered.
A safety device has been
tripped in the system where
the cleaner is connected (a
fuse, differential switch,
etc.).
The amperometric protector
has tripped.
L eaks and/or dr ips in
the delivery
circuit.
Unsuitable electrical
system and/or extension
lead
There is not enough fuel in
the tank (warning light 44
is lit).
The fuel filter is dirty.
The boiler's safety
thermostat has tripped.
T h e b u r n e r c o n t r o l l e r
h a s tripped (warning light
49 is lit).
The cleaner has been
inactive for
more than 15 minutes and
has entered Timed
Shutdown mode.
Leaks have been detected in
the deliver y circuit
causing the cleaner to
restart several times: the
relative safety device has
tripped causing the
cleaner to stop working.

SOLUTION
IF THIS HAPPENS PERSISTENTLY DO NOT USE
THE HIGH PRESSURE CLEANER BUT CONTACT A
QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN.
Reset the safety device.
AGAIN , DO NOT USE THE CLEANER AND
CONTACT A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN.
Follow the instructions in
Inspect the delivery circuit for leaks.
Check the instructions for connecting up to
the mains power supply have been followed
correctly (refer to the
INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL
– SAFE T Y INSTR UC TIONS
regards the use of an extension lead.
Top up with fuel.
Follow the instructions in
MAINTENANCE" .
Leave the cleaner to cool down for a few
minutes so the safety device can reset.
