In the event of a system error, the LCD screen will display an identifying error
code.

There is a problem with the SIDNE software.

Reboot the system. If the problem persists, write down the error code

An invalid software dongle was inserted into the USB port on the
front console panel.
Remove the dongle, and the error message will disappear.

A valid software dongle was inserted into the USB port, but the

software upgrade failed.
