Never move the device while it is heating water. Let the device cool down for at least 20 minutes after the clean-
ing process is completed before moving it.

Unplug the power base (15) as soon as you have finished using the device and always before cleaning it. Leave it
unplugged when the device is not in use.

Do not unplug the device from the mains by pulling the power cord (14). It is recommended that you wind the
power cord back into the power base after you have finished using the device.

Do not replace or remove any parts of the device when it is connected to power base (15) and mains.

Always store the device dry. Never leave water inside the device or tubing.

WellO2 should not be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
unless under supervision by a person responsible for their safety.

Children under 12 years are not allowed to use the device unless supervised by adult. Keep the device and its
cord out of reach of children aged under 12 years. Do not allow children to play with the device or any of its
parts.

Always remain vigilant when the device is on. Do not perform any other activities when using the device.

Hot surfaces, hot water and steam may cause burns and scalds. If accident occurs, immediately move the injured
person away from the heat source and cool the injured area with cold water or ice for 10 to 30 minutes. Con-
tact a doctor if necessary.

2.2 General cautions


This device is designed for indoor use only.

Only use for breathing exercise. Do not use as an electric kettle. Do not insert any external objects inside the
device.

Use only for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time. Let the device cool down for 30 min before turning it on again.

Any modification of the device is not allowed since it may hamper safety. Product warranty do not apply if the
device is modified anyhow.

Use only the descaling methods described in chapter 10 Descaling.

Do not use scorers to clean the device.

Protect the device from humidity, direct sunlight and frost during storage.

To avoid possible adverse effects of humidity and condensation, let the device reach the room temperature if it
has been in cold.

2.3 Dry-boil protection

Never use the device without appropriate amount of water in it. This device switches off automatically if you switch
it on with too little or no water in it. In this case, let the device cool down for 10 minutes and then lift it off the
power base. Fill it with clean and cold water so that the water level is in between the MIN and MAX fill level marks
(7). The device is ready for use again.
