10. CHANGING THE BRUSHES
WARNING! Disconnect the machine from the mains
before performing any maintenance operations.
The brushes must be replaced when they reach
the minimum length of 5 mm. For this purpose,
remove plugs "L" (Fig. 11) which hold brushes
"M" and replace them with new original VIRUTEX
brushes, ensuring that they slide smoothly through
the guides.
We recommend running the unloaded machine
for several minutes after changing the brushes.
Take the opportunity to check the condition of the
collector. If it shows signs of burning or wear and
tear, we recommend bringing it to a VIRUTEX
technical service centre for repair.
11. LUBRICATION AND CLEANING
The machine is delivered fully lubricated from the
factory and does not require any special care during
its working life. It is important to clean the machine
carefully after use, using a dry air jet. Maintain the
supply cable in perfect operating conditions. Ensure
that the machine's ventilation and cooling openings
remain clean and unobstructed.
12. NOISE AND VIBRATION LEVEL
The noise and vibration levels of this electrical
device have been measured according to the
European stan dard EN50144.
The noise level in the workplace can exceed 85
dB(A), in which case it is necessary for the user
to take noise protection measures.

13. WARRANTY

All VIRUTEX power tools are guaranteed for 12
months from the date of purchase, excluding any
domage which is a result of incorrect use or of
natural wear and tear on the machine.
All repairs should be carried out by the offi cial
VIRUTEX technical assistance service.
VIRUTEX reserves the right to modify its products
without prior notice.

POUR LE MANIEMENT DE LA MACHINE
1. ATTENTION! Avant d'utiliser la fraiseuse
profileuse, lire attentivement la BROCHURE
D'INSTRUCTIONS GÉNÉRALES DE SÉCURITÉ
jointe à la documentation de la machine.
2. Avant de brancher la machine, assurez-vous
que le voltage du secteur coïncide avec celui de
la plaque signalétique.
3. Porter des lunettes de protection pour travailler
avec cette machine
4. Tenir les mains loin de la zone de découpe et
toujours saisir la machine par les poignées, à
deux mains.
5. Éviter de couper des clous. Vérifi er la surface
à travailler avant de la profi ler.
6. N'utiliser que l'interrupteur principal pour mettre
la machine en route.
7. Avant de lâcher la machine, s'assurer que les
parties mobiles sont à l'arrêt.
8. Avant toute opération de maintenance,
débrancher la machine du secteur.
9. Ne jamais utiliser de fraises incompatibles,
défectueuses ou en mauvais état. Employer
exclusivement les fraises et les pièces détachées
originales VIRUTEX.
