Disconnect the mains plug from the wall
socket...
... if there is a fault,
... when you are not using the hand
mixer / multi chopper,
... during thunderstorms.
Do not use the device if there is visible
damage to the device or the power ca-
ble.
To avoid any risk, do not make modifica-
tions to the device.
DANGER from rotating
parts
Do not touch rotating parts with spoons
or similar utensils. Keep long hair or
loose clothing away from rotating parts
as well.
Always ensure that the on/off switch is
on 0 or the symbol
the mains plug into the wall socket.
Switch the device off and pull out the
mains plug from the wall socket before
you exchange auxiliary or additional
equipment moving in operation.
DANGER! Risk of injury
from cutting
The blade assembly is sharp. Handle it
with care. When washing manually, the
water should be sufficiently clear that
you can see the blades easily.
The multi chopper must never be operat-
ed without a jug.
Never reach into the rotating blades.
The blade assembly continues to rotate
after the device is switched off. Wait for
it to stop moving before you remove the
working cover.
WARNING! Risk of material
damage
In order to prevent damage to the de-
vice, interrupt the operation immediate-
ly if the blade assembly, dough hooks
or beaters are either turning with diffi-
culty or not turning at all. Pull out the
before you plug
mains plug and check whether there is
something in the jug blocking movement
or whether the food is too tough or too
hard. Also check whether the device is
assembled correctly.
For the multi chopper, the maximum fill-
ing volume is 1000 ml for liquids. For
solid food, please orientate yourself on
the guidelines in these instructions.
Use the jug only for the multi chopper
and never for the hand mixer.
Ensure that the vents on the device are
always free. Danger of overheating!
Switch off the device before you pull out
the mains plug.
Only switch the device on when the
utensils are correctly inserted and se-
curely engaged.
Do not try to insert a beater/dough
hook on its own or together with other
utensils.
Never place the device on hot surfaces
(e.g. hot plates) or near to heat sources
or open fire.
Do not use the device for boiling liquids
or during the cooking process.
Only hold the device on the handle and
under no circumstances ever on the
utensils.
Do not operate the multi chopper when
it is empty, as this causes the motor to
overheat which may result in it being
damaged.
Only use the original accessories.
All parts, except for the hand mixer (mo-
tor unit), are dishwasher-safe up to
70 °C.
Do not use any astringent or abrasive
cleaning agents.
The device is equipped with an anti-slip
mat made from silicone. As furniture is
coated with a variety of different var-
nishes and acrylics, and is treated with
different cleaning agents, it cannot be
completely ruled out that components
are contained in some of these sub-
