6.2 Remove beater/dough
hook
1. Turn the on/off switch 9 to 0 or to the
symbol
.
2. Pull out the mains plug 5.
3. Press the EJECT button 10 and pull the
dough hooks 2 / beaters 3 out.

6.3 Mixing/kneading

WARNING! Risk of material damage!
In the hand mixer function, the device is
designed for a maximum operating time
of 10 minutes without interruption.
After this, the device must remain
switched off until it has cooled down to
room temperature.
NOTE: the cover 13 must be locked if you
want to use the device as a hand mixer.
1. Ensure that the on/off switch 9 is on 0
or on the symbol
2. Connect the mains plug 5 with a wall
socket.
3. Immerse the dough hooks 2 / beaters 3
into the food.
4. Switch the device on with the on/off
switch 9 at first on level 1 and then set
the desired speed according to the con-
sistency of the food to be mixed, for ex-
ample:

Level
- Press the pulse button 8 to
change from every speed to
TURBO
the highest speed for a short
period of time.
5. For short breaks, put the hand mixer 6
switched off on the base side 4.
6. In order to switch off the device, turn
the on/off switch 9 to 0 or to the sym-
bol
.
7. Pull out the mains plug 5.
8. Hold the device over a bowl or a wash-
basin.
9. Press the EJECT button 10 fully down.
The dough hooks 2 / beaters 3 drop
out.
10.Clean the device immediately if possi-
ble.
7. Using the multi
chopper
Application area
The multi chopper is suitable for chopping
solid foods, e.g. onions, carrots, cheese,
nuts.
CAUTION:
Due to their exceptional hardness nut-
megs may not be chopped.

Preparing food

• Use ...
... no more than 1000 ml of liq-
uid.
... solid food according to the
guidelines in section "Process-
ing table".
• Rinse or wash the food.
• Cut the food into small cubes (approx.
2-3 cm edge length).
