You can adjust the temperature level
of the foot zone (G) and the body zone
(H) independently from each other
(fig. 4).
The number of heating bars on the
remote control indicates the pre-set
temperature level. It takes about two
hours to heat the mattress to the pre-
set temperature level. Please keep
this in mind and activate the heating
function in time before going to bed.
The maximum heating period is limited
to 12 hours. After 12 hours the
heating system will be switched off
automatically.
People lose about a quarter of a litre
of moisture at night while sleeping.
The mattress largely absorbs this
moisture. Activate the drying function
after getting up in the morning to keep
the mattress in top condition.

4.3 Activation and deactivation

You can program the Ultimate Climate
to switch its functions on and off
automatically. The Ultimate Climate is
pre-programmed on delivery. You can
however enter your own settings.
4.3.1 Manual heating control
(on/off)
Switching on
1. Press the heating key for the foot
or body zone. The symbol starts
flashing in the display.
2. Press multiple times to set the
desired heating level. The maximum
setting for night-time use is position
4 (maximum of 4 'heating bars' in
the display).
3. Press SET to confirm the selected
heating level. A single tone will
sound to confirm that the heating is
switched on.
Switching off
Keep the heating key for the foot
or body zone pressed down for
2 seconds. A double tone will sound to
confirm that the heating is switched
off. The symbol disappears from the
display.

4.3.2 Pre-programmed settings

The Ultimate Climate is pre-
programmed on delivery. When you
activate the program, the mattress
heats and dries according to the
settings in the table on page 8.
