Reactive power settings
Defines an additional reactive power reference value, which is
added to 24.02 Q POWER REF2.

Defines the lock-in power level for Q(U) control. The active power
has to be greater than this level before the Q(U) control starts
producing non-zero reactive power reference.

power is below this level, the reactive power reference from the
Q(U) control will be zero.
Note: The lock-out power level has to be smaller than the lock-in
power level (24.10 LOCK-IN POWER).

Defines the relative gain of the AC voltage controller.
For example, if the gain is set to 1, a 10% change in the error
value (reference - actual value) causes the AC voltage controller
output to change by 10%.
