LAN connection
Usually, an RJ-45 connector is used to estab-
lish LAN connection (
with the series 20 IP (20-0001A-IP, 20-0002A-
IP, 20-0005-IP, 20-0013A-IP, 20-0014A-IP,
20-0016A-IP, 20-0041A-IP, 20-0043A-IP)
basic electronics, the network connection can
also be established via the series 20 IP basic
electronics. To do so, connect the camera
module's RJ-45 socket to "Port 2" socket of
the Series 20 basic electronics using a .patch
cable. The SIP door intercom needs to be
supplied via a PoE Class 0.

Power supply
Power for the Behnke IP camera is supplied
via the Ethernet port (PoE class 0). When
operated with the series 20 IP (20-0001A-
IP, 20-0002A-IP, 20-0005-IP, 20-0013A-IP,
20-0014A-IP, 20-0016A-IP, 20-0041A-IP,
20-0043A-IP) basic electronics, power for the
camera is supplied via PoE from the IP basic
electronics (please cf. "Connecting the LAN").
