2.3 Motor operation

Secure the motor to the upper guide bar using the upper sliding sleeve, locking screw and counter-latch. The
inclination can be changed by loosening the counter-knob, adjusting the desired inclination, and then tightening
the counter-knob again. Place the gyros on the lower sliding sleeve and set it upright. Push up the sliding sleeve
on the motor axle and insert the skewer head. Push the sliding sleeve down again.
Hang the motor supply airline in the cable guide (on the heat shield). Plug the shockproof plug into a socket and,
if available, switch the toggle switch to 1. By actuating the rocker switch on the motor housing, the direction of
rotation can be determined:
- anti-clockwise (push rocker switch upwards)
- Off position (rocker switch in middle position)
- clockwise (push rocker switch downwards)
If you want to change the distance between food to be grilled and heating surface, the locking screw and counter-
gag of the upper and locking screw of the lower sliding sleeve must be loosened. Move both sliding sleeves
mutually with the meat skewer until the surface of the meat skewer is parallel to the heating surface. Then the
locking screw and the counter bolt are tightened.

2.4 Manual operation

A hand cross can be included. The skewer can be used without a motor in this case. The upper sliding sleeve is
tightened with the locking screw on the upper guide rod. Then insert the skewer, head into the ring of the upper
sliding sleeve. Then put the skewer on the lower sliding sleeve upright. Insert the hand cross from above through
the ring of the upper sliding sleeve over the skewer head.
