commissioning

the front shield (item 5) forward to remove it.

Figure 4: Using the guide device, insert the blade into the
front chamber of the head piece (item 27). It is not
possible to mount the blade incorrectly.

Figure 6: Move the guide device into the head piece to
the stop; ensure that the securing screw (item 38) is in
its rear position.
Figure 7: Using the supplied torque wrench (item 39, set
to 3 Nm), tighten the blade screw. Connect the power
knife to the maintenance unit (optional extra), using the
hose unit (accessory).
Connect the power knife with the hose unit
(accessory) to the maintenance unit (optional
extra). See also Fig. 8.
Set the maintenance unit to
6 bar, 1 drop of oil per minute . This adjustment
must be made when the power knife is in operation.
