Slide deflection pulley into track.
Do not secure the deflection pulley.

At the opposite rail end, slide motor into
the track and secure.
►
Repeat procedure for second track.
7.4 Fitting the door leaves
►
Engage door leaves in mounting bolt and
firmly tighten lock nut.
Engage the door leaf closest to the wall
first.
Adjust leaf height by turning the suspen-
sion bolt clockwise or anticlockwise before
tightening the lock nut.
7.5 Fitting the toothed belt
► Feed toothed belt into motor with the
smooth side facing outwards.
► Place toothed belt around deflection pul-
ley and connect its ends at the coupling
bracket.

Cut the toothed belt to the required length
and secure in the belt clamp a on the cou-
pling, making sure that the belt is as tightly
tensioned as possible.
► Repeat procedure for second track.
