and instructions. Failure to comply with safety no-
tices and instructions can cause electric shock, fire
and/or severe injuries.

The term "power tool" used in the safety instructions
refers to mains-powered tools (with a mains cable)
and to battery-powered tools (without a mains cable).
Work area safety
• Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or
dark areas invite accidents.
• Do not operate power tools in explosive atmos-
pheres, such as in the presence of flammable
Iiquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks
which may ignite the dust or fumes.
• Keep children and bystanders away while op-
erating a power tool. Distractions can cause you
to lose control.
Electrical safety
• The electrical tool's connection plug must fit
into the socket. The plug may not be modified
in any way. Do not use an adaptor plug togeth-
er with earthed electric tools. Unmodified plugs
and suitable sockets reduce the risk of an electric
shock
• Avoid body contact with earthed surfaces,

your body is earthed.
• Keep electric tools away from rain and mois-
