Use

Donning the Device
(1) Take the harness with breathing apparatus in the back.
(2) Open the leg loops, chest and lap belt.
(3) Put on the harness like a jacket.
(4) Close the lap belt with the Safe-Click buckle
(5) Close the harness in the chest area with the Safe-Click buckle and close the
leg loops [leg loops with Safe-Click or clip-on buckles depending on the de-
sign]
(6) Pull the lap belt taut.
(7) Adjust the leg loops [circumference and rear connection to the lap belt].
The belt straps should rest lightly against the body.

(8) Adjust the shoulder straps and the position of the fall arrester eyelet correctly
The fall arrester eyelet should be roughly at the height of the shoulder

blades.
(9) Adjust the diagonal side belt straps [connection from front fall arrester eyelet
on the side to the lap belt].
The belt strap should rest loosely on the body, not tightly.

