COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS

2. RPM:
Shows your pedal cadence.
3. AGE:
You can set up your age from 10 to 99 years. The default value is 35 if you don't input a value.
4. PULSE RECOVERY:
Leave your hands holding on the pulse sensors and press "PULSE RECOVERY". The time starts
countig down from 01:00 - 00:59 -- to 00:00. As soon as 00:00 is reached, the computer will show
your heart rate recovery status.
