1 General
1.1 Symbols
Signal words are used in this manual and apply to hazards or unsafe
practices which could result in personal injury or property damage.
See the information below for definitions of the signal words.

    – DO NOT use Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK). This will damage the plastic. Check all parts for shipping damage. If damage is found, DO NOT use. Contact Carrier/Invacare for further instructions. To ensure the safe and proper replacement of the XPO battery, these instructions MUST be followed.
  • Seite 3 12. Connect the battery wiring harness J to the internal printed circuit board (PCB) G. Locate the black wire L and the red wire M on the new battery 13. Re-assemble the XPO2. Refer to 3.3 Reassembling the XPO pack (Figure 6). page 3 .

    2.2 Montage WARNING! Verletzungsgefahr! Diese Arbeitsschritte DÜRFEN ausschließlich von einem qualifizierten Techniker vorgenommen werden. Beim Zugriff auf die Batterie des XPO ist zu beachten, dass der Batteriestrom noch an der internen Platine anliegt. Der Batteriestrom liegt so lange an der Platine an, wie die Verbindung zwischen Batterie und Platine besteht.
