Hydraulic connection

! Note the test and repair instructions for high-pressure
pumps in the ESI[tronic].
! When connecting the high-pressure hoses (6)
make sure the following tightening torques are adhered to:
Pump side 20 - 25 Nm
Rail side 30 Nm

Procedure:
1. Connect the lubricating oil supply (1) and lubricating oil return (2) lines.
2. Connect the supply (3) and return (4) of the pre-delivery pump.
3. Connect the supply (5) of the metering unit (FMU) with the temperature
sensor (6).
4. Connect the high-pressure outlets (7).
5. Connect the pump overflow (8).
6. Connect the temperature sensor (6) with the connector cable (9) to the BNC
socket of the KMA 802 measuring device.
