Avoid exposing the receiver to water drops or sprayed water. Do not place
objects that are filled with water, e.g. vases, on, above or next to the
receiver. Otherwise, there is a risk of electric shock.
Do not place any heavy objects on the receiver.
Do not permit moisture to penetrate the casing. Never touch the device,
mains cable or plug with wet hands. There is a risk of electric shock.
If foreign bodies or liquids get into the device pull the mains plug from the
socket immediately. Arrange for a qualified specialist to check the
device before using it again. Otherwise, there is a risk of electric shock.
Never use the device if it has been damaged or if the mains cable or plug
shows signs of damage. Pull the mains plug out of the socket
immediately if the device is damaged.
Never open the device. In the event of a fault, contact our Service Centre
or another suitable professional repair workshop.
The universal remote control has a class 1 infrared diode. Never use optical
devices to look at the LED.

Power supply

Warning!
Never open the housing on the mains plug. The opened
mains plug housing presents a danger to life due to electric
shock. Parts requiring maintenance are not included.
The socket outlet must be close to the device and easily accessible. The
plug must be freely accessible so that you can disconnect the device
from the mains quickly and easily in the event of emergency.
To disconnect the power supply from your device, pull the mains plug
from the socket outlet. Always grab the plug firmly when unplugging it
from the socket. Never pull on the lead.
To prevent non-permissible heating up, do not cover the mains plug.
The mains cable should not be wrapped around the device or be in
contact with hot surfaces during use.
Do not continue to use the mains plug if the housing or the supply lead to
the device is damaged. Replace it with the same type of mains plug.
Only operate the mains plug on earthed socket outlets with 230 V ~ 50 Hz.
If you are not sure about the power supply at the set-up location,
please ask your power supplier.
When not in use, pull the mains plug from the socket outlet, or use a
master-slave power strip to prevent power consumption when
switched off.
