Screw the axles (69) carefully to the
handlebars (6, 7) on each side of the frame
(1).
Attach a plastic washer (60) to each axle (69).
Place the top hole on the right handlebar
(7) over the axle (69) on the right side of the
exercise bike. Attach a plastic washer (58) to
the axle at the bottom of the handlebar (7).
Attach the right arm (8) on axle at the
bottom on the right handle bar and secure it
using a plastic washer (58), a washer (96) and
a lock nut (92).
The left handlebar (6) and the left arm (8) are
fitted in the same way.

The right footrest (63) marked "R" should be
fitted to the axle (69) on the right handle (7)
using a wave washer (49), a washer (61) and
the axle bolt (65). Push the cover plug (64)
into the footrest (63).
The left footrest (62) marked "L" is fitted in the
same way.
The right pedal (56) marked "R" has a
right-hand thread and must be screwed on
clockwise onto the right pedal arm.
The left pedal (55) marked "L" has a left-
hand thread and must be screwed on
anticlockwise onto the left pedal arm.
