4.3 Lay the connecting cable

Leave the sufficient length of connecting cable in its housing, so that the "measuring

rod" unit can be removed from the shaft construction.
Keep sufficient excess length of the connecting cable (ca. 0.5m), to protect the wiring

Fasten the connecting cable into the cable gland, move into the in-situ "supply line" and
lay up to the installation location,
4.4 Electrical installation

assembly work and electrical installation have been completed.
Work on electrical connections must be carried out by qualified electricians

only.
Electrical connections must be carried out in accordance with the circuit

Set up group alarm. The evaluation device has three isolated contacts for the
transmission of two operation signals (pre- and full alarm) and a group alarm. For
onward transmission a conduit must be connected to the evaluation device.
