3.2 Preliminary work

3.2.1 Open installation opening

Drill out the bottom of the threaded hole (maximum Ø 35 mm) or remove sealing plug.

3.2.2 Adjust measuring rod

Due to differing designs, materials and nominal sizes there are varying adjustable heights for
the measurement range. The following values should be used for ACO Building Drainage grease
separators for free-standing installation.
Release the knurled nut of the
compression fitting
Move the compression fitting to setting
level X on the setting scale.
Then retighten the knurled nut by hand.
